A special room rate of $139 for single or double occupancy is available for Southern Growth conference attendees making reservations by June 1, 2012.  Please ask for the Southern Growth Policies Board room block, or enter Group ID # 424613, when making your reservation. 

The special rate is not guaranteed after June 1st. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. It is the policy of The Chattanoogan Hotel  to not hold any reservation unless secured by this method.  Check-in time is 4:00p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 noon. 

Hotel Parking

Self-parking is available in the hotel’s adjacent garage at a rate of $8.00 plus tax per night.  Valet parking is also available for a rate of $12.00 plus tax per night.

 

Ground Transportation

Conference Attire

Business casual attire is recommended for all conference sessions.   Room temperature during the conference sessions varies, so we suggest bringing a sweater or jacket for your comfort. All conference General Sessions will be held on the Conference Level of the hotel.

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy
Refunds may be requested in writing by June 1, 2012, and are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. No cancellations will be honored after June 1st. Any registrant who does not submit cancellation correspondence by June 1st, and does not attend the conference is required to pay full registration. Refunds requested in writing within 72 hours of registration are entitled to a full refund. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty. Authorized refunds are processed after the event. Southern Growth reserves the right to modify this policy.
