Program Description: The Institute for Public Administration (IPA) addresses the policy, planning, and management needs of its partners (governments and related nonprofit and private organizations) through the integration of applied research, professional development, and the education of tomorrow’s leaders. Program areas include civic education, comprehensive land-use planning, conflict resolution, economic development, education management, health policy, law and public policy, state and local government training, transportation policy, water resources planning and management, and women's leadership development.
